How to finish your model at home  

 The models are taken home and as they dry, the clay will turn light grey. Once dry, your model can  be painted with one colour,  or decorated  with a choice of colours using poster paint. Then when the clay or paint is completely dry, ask an adult to help you  varnish the model or paint with PVA glue mixed with water. When the varnish or PVA dries, the finished model will be look shiny. The models can be left plain but will still be quite fragile.
